BEYOND THE LLB: COURTROOM ADVOCACY & FORTITUDE

Advocacy, Argument, and Authority Like Paul Before Kings This is not another law course. This is a 3-Month Professional Formation for legal practitioners who are done playing it safe in court. Your LLB taught you the law. This course teaches you how to defend it under pressure, with structure, logic, and unshaken presence. Over 3 months, you will be trained in the 6 Pillars of Courtroom Mastery: Mindset, Voice, Shield, Sword, Presence, and Trial. Through workbooks, in-person intensives in Windhoek, digital resources, monthly mentorship, and a live mock trial, you will learn to argue like Paul before Felix and Agrippa — with fortitude, reason, and authority. You will leave with practical tools, a Certificate of Mastery in Advocacy, and 3 months of access to a case clinic and war room for ongoing support.

About this course

Course Objectives

By the end of this 3-month formation, you will be able to:

1. Build Fortitude – Kill fear, own the room, and maintain authority under cross-examination and judicial pressure.

2. Argue with Structure and Authority – Use the Paul Method: reason, logic, and appeal to persuade judges, magistrates, and opposing counsel.

3. Destroy Fallacies and Protect the Record – Identify, object to, and dismantle bad arguments in real time.

4. Master Advanced Argumentation – Apply syllogism, precedent, policy, and principle to argue unpopular positions and still command respect.

5. Command Professional Presence – Develop preparation systems, ethical courtroom demeanor, and a reputation that judges and clients trust.

6. Demonstrate Mastery in Trial – Conduct direct examination, cross-examination, and legal submissions in a full mock trial and receive a Certificate of Mastery.
